Time

It’s amazing how this journey has altered our impression of time.

For over one year now we haven’t had to deal with time in the same way we have for the rest of our lives.

There has been no time to be here; no time to be there.

No getting up at the crack of dawn but to see the sun rise;

No getting to bed early but when we feel tired.

Time has become just that - time..

Time to sit.

Time to think.

Time to be.

The way we live our lives is so constant, our time so precious, yet often we spend so little of it doing what we really want.

Or maybe it is that we don’t know what we want.. that we need the time to figure it out, but that time forever eludes us?

Having stumbled across a sea of open time, it is clear to be one of the best gifts you can ever give yourself - the gift of time.

There are many great things we have achieved in our progress.

And many great things we have forgotten and lost.

It is important for us to live for this time right now, but not to forget from where we have come and to where we are going.

Plan for the future.

Remember the past.

Live in this moment.

Take your time…..

¨He, I know - for the question had been discussed among us long before the time machine was made - thought but cheerlessly of the advancement of mankind, and saw in the growing pile of civilisation only a foolish heaping that must inevitably fall back upon and destroy its makers in the end.If that is so, it remains for us to live as though it were not so..¨

H.G. Wells, The Time Machine, 1895
